When Strong Winds Blow

اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا، وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا، وَخَيْرَ مَا

أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ

O Allâh! I ask of you the good of this wind, the good within it and the

good with which it has been sent, and I seek your protection from

the evil of this wind, the evil within it and the evil with which it has been sent. (Muslim)

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا رَحْمَةً وَلَا تَجْعَلْهَا عَذَابًا، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا

رِيَاحًا وَلَا تَجْعَلْهَا رِيحًا

O Allâh, make it a mercy and do not make it a punishment. O Allâh,

make it winds of goodness and do not make it a wind of punishment.
