Daily Muhasaba

1.   Did I perform my five times daily Salaah? If yes, What was the quality of my Salaah?

2.   Did I perform my Salaah on time?

3.   (For men), did I perform my Salaah with Jamaat?

4.   Did I complete my Tasbeehaat and prescribed Zikrullah for the day?

5.   Did I recite Munaajaat-e-Maqbool and other relevant duas for the various occasions?

6.   Did I complete my Wazaaif for the day?

Abstaining from sin

1.   Did I abstain from Riya (showing off)?

2.   Did I abstain from pride? Did I abstain from anger?

3.   Did I abstain from casting lustful glances?

4.   Did I abstain from backbiting? 

5.   Did I abstain from looking down upon others?

6.   Did I sort out my financial matters? (If you are owing money to other people).

7.   Did I abstain from fights and arguments?

Stock take at the end of every year

1.   Did I fix my Islamic will?

2.   Did I pay my outstanding debts?

3.   Do I owe money to anyone?

4.   Do I have any fasts of Ramdaan that are outstanding?

5.   Do I have any Qadha Salaah that are outstanding?

6.   Did I perform Haj?

7.   Is my Zakaat still outstanding?

8.   Is my Qurbani still outstanding?

9.   Is there any vow that needs to be fulfilled?

Stock take for the day of Jumuah

1.   Did I awaken earlier than usual?

2.   Did I apply Itr?

3.   Did I recite Surah Kahf?

4.   Did I go early to the Masjid for Jumuah?

5.   Did I sit close to the Imaam?

6.   Did I recite the following Durood thousand times on Jumuah?

اَلّلهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهِ اَلْفَ اَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ

1.   Did I recite Durood eighty times after Jumuah Salaah?

اَللّٰهٌمًصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِّ نِ النَّبِىِّ الْاُمِّيِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيمًا

1.   Did I recite Salaatut-Tasbeeh?

2.   Did I visit the Qabrastaan (graveyard)?
