اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنّىِ اَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَاَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ اَنْ اُرَدَّ اِلٰى اَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ وَاَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَاَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ

O Allah, I seek Your protection from cowardice, from becoming senile, from the trials of this world and from the punishment of the grave.
