Make sincere istighfaar, which you are doing, next sincere toubah, that is to never commit the sin again, if it happens again, repeat above. Make a lot of istighfaar, read Durood Sharief in abundance, give Sadaqah, contemplate on the harms of it in every way, think what if Allaah Jallajalaaluhu exposes me?!
